I am a depth-oriented, psychodynamic psychologist who believes that exploration, understanding, and healing from the past is essential for thriving now. While my approach is depth-focused, I also incorporate other theoretical orientations to ensure that change translates practically into your everyday life. This integrative approach allows space for the significance of your history as well as the current issues that are contributing to your areas of needed growth. Treatment is organized around your goals and is tailored to fit you, as an individual.

I completed my MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology at Biola University, Rosemead School of Psychology. I completed my doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System with a specialization in Trauma. I am a VA certified provider in trauma focused treatments (Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure) as well as Motivational Interviewing. I am licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in Hawai’i.
