Individual psychotherapy

Initial individual sessions are focused on assessing your needs, difficulties, relational history, and goals for treatment. From there, sessions will help you work through the areas of pain and big questions that brought you to therapy in the first place. I am skilled at coming alongside you in the exploration--  both providing compassionate feedback and honoring your autonomy and choice in your life. 

Therapy is often a space to approach the things that we avoid in our lives that feel too big, overwhelming, or impossible to solve because you are finally not shouldering them alone. It is also a space in the midst of a busy world with many demands to finally focus on your growth and development.

Initial consultation

Free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and for you to ask any initial questions.

Intake session

Following the phone consultation, we’ll schedule an intake session together so that I can learn more about your history and concerns.

Treatment Sessions

Following the intake session, we’ll schedule weekly sessions together to begin our work toward your goals.
