  • Research shows that treatment is most effective when you have a good fit with your therapist- how comfortable you feel with them, how your personality gels with theirs, whether or not you feel safe and respected, etc. The only way to find this out is by scheduling the initial consult. The old adage of “try before you buy” is what the free initial consult is for and is highly encouraged.
